Privacy Policy

We're a security company — how we treat your information is part of the service. So here it is in plain English, the same way we explain everything else.
What we collect, and when
- Free checklist form: your name, email address, and business type — so we can email you the PDF you asked for.
- Night Owl waitlist: your name, email address, and business type — so we can contact you, in order, when founding slots open.
- If you email, call, or book a call with us: whatever you choose to share, plus the booking details Google Calendar collects to schedule the appointment.
That's it. This website has no advertising trackers and no social-media pixels. The free HACK//ATTACK game stores your mission progress on your own device only — it never sends anything to us.
What we do with it
- Send you the thing you requested (the checklist, or waitlist updates).
- Reply when you contact us.
- Occasionally follow up about the topic you asked about. Every email tells you how to say "no more," and we honor it the first time.
What we never do
- We never sell your information. Not to anyone, not ever.
- We never share it with third parties for their marketing.
- We never sign you up for anything you didn't ask for.
Where it lives
Form submissions are handled by Google Forms and stored in our private Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Gmail). Call bookings run through Google Calendar. Google's own privacy policy applies to how their systems process that data in transit. Access is limited to the founder — there's no staff list, no ticket system, no offshore anything.
Your choices
Want to see what we have about you, or want it deleted? Email elias@sentinelgu.com with "privacy request" in the subject and we'll take care of it within 30 days — usually much faster. No forms, no hoops.
Analytics
Right now this site runs no analytics at all. If we ever add basic visit counting (e.g. Google Analytics), we'll update this page first and say exactly what's measured.
Kids
Our services and this site are for businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
