How we can help

Straightforward services, priced for small businesses — not enterprises. Start small — a health check — and only add what you actually need.

On Guam and the Marianas, we come to you. Everywhere else in the U.S., we work by secure remote session — same service, same flat fees.

Every service is a flat fee, quoted before we start. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

Security Health Check Start here

We look at your business the way an attacker would — passwords, email, Wi-Fi, backups — and give you a plain-English report of what's solid and what needs fixing. A great first step.

$495

Business Hardening Package

We fix what the health check found: locking down accounts, setting up real backups, separating guest Wi-Fi, and closing the gaps that let most attacks in. Done with you, not dumped on you.

$1,495

Phishing Awareness Training

A friendly, one-hour session that teaches your staff to spot the fake invoices, "boss" texts, and password traps that target small businesses. No shame, no jargon — just practice.

$395/session

Ongoing Protection (your Virtual Security Officer)

We stand watch month to month — monitoring, updates, staff questions, vendor checks — so security stays handled while you run your business. Cancel anytime.

$295/mo

Home Office & VIP Setup

For owners, doctors, and attorneys who work from home: we secure your home network, personal devices, and family accounts to the same standard as the office.

$595

Why a veteran?

Sentinel was founded by a U.S. Navy veteran who learned security the way the military teaches it: you protect what you're responsible for, you stay calm under pressure, and you never overpromise.

  • Discipline, not drama. We won't scare you into buying things you don't need. We tell you what's actually at risk and what it costs to fix.
  • Watch-standing mindset. In the Navy, someone is always on watch. That's how we treat your business — steady, consistent attention, not a one-time sales visit.
  • Forged on the edge of the map. Sentinel is headquartered on Guam — America's westernmost point, where security has to survive typhoons, power cuts, and undersea-cable internet. If our methods work there, they'll work anywhere — from Tamuning to Tampa.

"The best security isn't fancy — it's consistent. Most attacks on small businesses succeed because nobody was standing watch. That's the job."

Night Owl — 24/7 watch over your business

An owl never sleeps on watch — neither do we.

Always-on monitoring of your email, devices, and backups, with same-hour response from a real human when something looks off — 24/7, in every U.S. time zone. It's the premium version of our monthly retainer — and it opens first to a small founding group of U.S. small businesses.

  • Same-hour response if something looks off, day or night.
  • Founding-member pricing, locked for life — the rate never goes up on you.
  • First access before we open to the public.

Straight talk

We're new — and that works in your favor.

Sentinel opened its doors in 2026. We won't show you fake five-star reviews or stock-photo "happy clients." Instead, here's the founding-client deal:

  • Founder pricing. Our first clients get rates we'll never offer again — locked in for as long as you stay.
  • Direct access. You get the founder's cell, not a ticket queue. When you call, the person who stood watch answers.
  • The honest ask. If we do right by you, we'll ask for a review and a referral. That's how a small business earns its name — one client at a time.

Forged on island reality. Sentinel was born on Guam, where typhoons, power cuts, and storm-slowed internet test every business's resilience. Hurricane in Florida, wildfire in California, ice storm in Texas — the lesson travels. Your data plan should survive a disaster, not just a hacker.

Free browser game — built by our founder

Think you could out-run the malware?

Security clicks the moment you've watched an attack race you to your own server. HACK//ATTACK is our two-minute puzzle game: route your signal through the network and breach the target before the corruption cuts you off. Twelve missions across three districts, plays on your phone, nothing to install.

No sign-up, no ads — just bragging rights. Beat the Black Vault, then tell us on the free call.

Honest answers to fair questions

What actually happens on the free 15-minute call?

Three things: you tell us what your business runs on (in plain terms — "two computers and a card reader" is fine), we ask a few questions about email, backups, and who has access to what, and you get at least one concrete thing to fix yourself, free. If we think you'd benefit from a health check, we'll say so and tell you the flat fee. If you don't need us, we'll say that too. No follow-up calls unless you ask. The booking calendar shows times in your time zone automatically, wherever you are in the U.S.

I already have an IT person. Do you replace them?

No — and we won't badmouth them either. IT keeps things running; security checks that they're locked. We work alongside your IT person (or your nephew who set up the Wi-Fi) and hand them a clear list of what to tighten. Most IT folks appreciate the second set of eyes.

I run a clinic / law office. Can you handle sensitive-data rules?

Yes. Practices that handle medical, legal, or financial records are exactly who we built our services for. We'll help you meet the security expectations that come with HIPAA and client-confidentiality obligations — in plain English, with documentation you can actually show an auditor or insurer.

Why not just hire a big national provider?

You can — some are good. But you'll be one of ten thousand accounts in a ticket queue, and "support" means whoever picks up next. With Sentinel, the person who checked your systems is the person who answers when you call. We work with businesses in all 50 states and every U.S. territory, schedule around your time zone, and treat your business like it matters — because to a small practice, every client does.

Are you going to scare me into buying things?

No. Fear-mongering is how this industry gets a bad name. We'll tell you what's actually at risk, what it costs to fix, and what's fine to leave alone. Some businesses genuinely don't need much — we'll tell you that, and you'll only hear from us again if you reach out.
